Ensino Fundamental Anos Iniciais Bilíngue:

autonomia, propósito e desenvolvimento para a vida

The SEEDS Bilingual Elementary Education program goes far beyond the curriculum: it's a journey of development, personal growth, and holistic education in two languages, with intentionality and affection.

From preschool to elementary school, our students learn with purpose in a stimulating, welcoming, and bilingual environment, where each experience is carefully planned to develop cognitive, socio-emotional, and linguistic skills in an integrated way.

A safe, caring, and intentional transition.

Entering the 1st grade marks a new stage in children's school life. In the bilingual elementary education program at SEEDS, this moment is guided with planning, sensitivity, and active listening to the needs of each student and family.

We create a safe, motivating, and challenging environment, respecting each child's pace and promoting a welcoming adaptation to the new routine.

Our curriculum is carefully structured to broaden cultural horizons and stimulate the student's overall development, with innovative, evidence-based pedagogical practices supported by meaningful connections.

Learning in two languages: naturally, meaningfully, and consistently.

Bilingual education at SEEDS respects the time needed to consolidate reading and writing skills in Portuguese, while simultaneously promoting continuous, active, and intentional contact with English.

This process occurs in a fluid and contextualized manner through strategies such as:

  • Daily exposure to visual, auditory, and interactive stimuli in the second language.
  • Collaborative projects developed in English that connect language and meaning.
  • Natural oral practices that expand linguistic and communicative repertoire.

The CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) methodology is integrated into our pedagogical project, allowing students to learn content and use English in real and meaningful contexts, with naturalness, engagement, and depth.

Projects that develop multiple skills

At SEEDS, students are the protagonists of their own learning. Therefore, we promote experiences that spark curiosity, develop critical thinking, and strengthen teamwork. Learn about some of the projects that are part of our educational approach:

ECOS (Parental Education)

Through practical and contextualized experiences, children develop notions of planning, saving, and conscious choices, learning to handle money responsibly from an early age.

TEIA Program

It promotes the creative, critical, and ethical use of digital tools, encouraging innovation, problem-solving, the development of autonomy, logical reasoning, and the essential digital skills for the responsible use of technology in today's world.

The Leader in Me (Elementary School - Early and Late Years)

International program for developing leadership and life skills. It encourages each student to act with purpose, take responsibility, and recognize their potential for transformation.

Key Features of the SEEDS Bilingual Elementary Education Program

  • Education based on academic excellence - Poliedro System

    We adopted the Poliedro Education System, a national benchmark in quality and results, offering up-to-date teaching materials aligned with the BNCC (Brazilian National Curriculum Base), and integrated digital resources.

    This partnership strengthens the academic training of our students, promoting critical thinking, autonomy, and preparation for the challenges of the 21st century.

  • A true partnership with families.

    We believe that education happens through dialogue and collaboration. We maintain an active and respectful listening relationship with families, building a joint effort based on trust, transparency, and constant presence.

  • Affection and connection in every relationship.

    Our work is guided by human relationships. We value the bond between educators and students, promoting an emotionally safe, motivating environment that enhances learning.

  • Active and innovative methodology

    Based on Project-Based Learning and socio-constructivism, our approach promotes active learning and student empowerment. We apply contemporary methodologies such as:

    Flipped classroom;
    Design Thinking;
    Inquiry-based learning;
    CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning).

  • Bilingual academic training

    Here, language is a means, not an end. English is present in the daily classroom routine as a tool for accessing knowledge. We educate global students, prepared to communicate fluently, understand the world, and act with empathy in different cultural contexts.

  • Ongoing training for educators

    Our team participates in monthly training sessions, conferences, and professional development programs that ensure constant updating of teaching practices, both in the academic and socio-emotional areas.

  • Socioemotional development

    From preschool to elementary school, our students develop socio-emotional skills through the School of Intelligence and Leader in Me programs, which strengthen self-awareness, empathy, responsibility, and teamwork.

  • Technological education and digital literacy

    Technology is integrated into the curriculum as an ally in learning. From the early years of elementary school, students participate in technological education activities. Starting in the 6th grade, they also develop skills in digital literacy and the critical use of digital tools.

  • Spaces that inspire

    Every environment at SEEDS—classrooms, playgrounds, green spaces, library, and common areas—is designed to teach, welcome, and inspire discovery. Here, the world is understood as a place where learning happens all the time.

  • Partnerships and multidisciplinary team

    SEEDS has a specialized team that provides individualized support for student development. Psychologists, educational advisors, and pedagogical coordinators work in partnership with educators, ensuring a sensitive, technical, and holistic approach to each child.

  • An education for life.

    The SEEDS Bilingual Elementary Education program goes beyond teaching content: here, we form ethical, empathetic, confident, and bilingual citizens, prepared to face the challenges of the present and the future with creativity, responsibility, and social awareness.

    Our commitment is to the development of well-rounded individuals who know how to learn, relate to others, express themselves, and transform the world around them.
